Today, we are recruiting for **Commercial Project & Sales Manager **position to Join our Project Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for Professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Preparations of detailed commercial proposals including cost and resource planning for large and medium size projects in liaison with all internal and external stakeholders including, Sales & Bid Team, Sub contractors and headquarter etc.
- Co-ordinate and timely preparation of offers and commercial bid response documents.
- Extensive RFP/Contract Reviews and financial evaluations including Terms and Conditional with its alignment with Legal department and negotiations for mutual agreements with Customer.
- Performing detail risk and opportunity assessment.
- Conducting reviews, presentations, and approval processes
- Commercial Project execution with full project P&L responsibility, including cost controlling, revenue recognitions, invoicing, claim and cash flow management.
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance related field, advanced degree will be preferred.
- Solid experience (minimum 7 years) in providing financial, commercial, performance management and/or strategic planning support to a mid-size organization Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
- Solid understanding of applicable company and GAZT legislation and regulations and IFRS.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP/ERP handling (POC module, Order creation, Invoicing, cost analysis etc)
- Very good command of both spoken and written English language.
- Expert in MS office suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexible to relocate across the kingdom.
