- rovide expert support and assistance for the design and testing of products and/or systems, to improve quality, reduce operational risk and ensure compliance against agreed standards and guidelines M
- anage change across the function to ensure effective processes are in place that support the adoption of new trends, developments, and technologies to deliver highly scalable systems across multiple components of the network C
- ontribute to the development and maintenance of support strategies, operational standard procedures, performance strategies, and configuration practices and processes to support consistency of practice. T

his position reports to the Engineering Department Manager.

- achelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or IT from an accredited university or equivalent. H
- as at least 17 years of experience in a field related to major local/international projects A
- dept at ICT engineering, with knowledge of data center devices, and security infrastructures. Engineering w
- hen building and maintaining the ICT infrastructure, ensure that all details are correct, from software code to configuration settings, to avoid malfunctions, bugs, and security breaches. E
- xperience in supporting various versions of Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, OU design, AD replication, and group policies. F
- luent in English, comprehension, reading, writing, and interpersonal skills. E
- xcellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities A
- nalytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
