As a member of the team, you will contribute to simplifying enterprise security through project coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project completion, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Coordinator at CCDS, you will work with a team of project professionals to deliver exceptional services and solutions for our enterprise clients. **Responsibilities**:
- Work with project managers to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project timelines and schedules, monitor progress, and report on status.
- Ensure project deliverables are within the project scope and meet quality standards.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Facilitate project meetings, including agenda development, meeting logistics, and producing meeting minutes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
