**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**: Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, tasks, and resource requirements.

**Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

**Timeline Management**: Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing challenges to ensure projects stay on rack.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all project information is up-to-date and accessible.

**Resource Allocation**: Assist in the allocation and management of resources, including team members and external partners, to optimize project efficiency.

**Quality Assurance**: Work closely with project managers to ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with client requirements.

**Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks, providing proactive solutions to potential challenges that may impact project success.

**Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the financial or business consultancy sector.

Consultancy experience is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Good knowledge project management tools and software is a plus

Familiarity with financial and business consultancy processes and terminology.
