**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

**Responsibilities**
- Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs, etc.).
- Assists the SVP of Business Growth to implement campaigns by the program or plan.
- Maintains and administers media plans in a structured and systematic manner.
- Assists in maintaining the inventory and ordering of collaterals, media kits or corporate gifts.
- Assists in ensuring media kits and other Marketing Communications material originating from existing marketing assets are appropriate, error-free and brand-compliant.
- Assists with managing and organization of all promotions and events.
- Maintains all company images and video assets such as photos, renderings, videos, slide shows, presentations, artwork, design files etc.
- Maintains communication and coordination with external agencies where applicable.
- Reviews and provides guidelines, as well as assists to develop or enhance presentations for internal and external uses.
- Manages and follow up with clients on payments as relevant.
- Assists SVP with general administration for Business Development where necessary.
- Provides insights and creative support for quarterly priorities - competitor reviews, communication platforms and key messages.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.
- Be resourceful to provide information or note down requests from other colleagues.
- Demonstrates business ethics and personal integrity.
- Approaches work with a sense of urgency and purpose.
- Allocates time and resources effectively when faced with competing demands.
- Develops and uses systems to organize and keep track of information.
- Prepares monthly departmental and marketing reports with the Digital Marketing head.
- Desk research e.g., competitor's activities monitoring, market events happening etc.
- Maintains in-house, city and regional events/holiday calendar.
- Other duties assigned by the SVP of Business Growth.

**Experience**
- Minimum Experience 1 or 2 years
- Preference will be given to Females

**Package**
- Market Competitive

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
