**About the role**
Responsible for managing entrusted regions sales and marketing activities of the organization’s international sales under the guidance of Manager
- International operations. Responsible for coordinating with both the marketing and the sales staff of the region and to perform duties to meet the company’s international operational goals in the region.
**1. Sales Target**:
- Develop and achieve or exceed the sales revenue goals as defined in the Business Plan for the particular region / territory.
- Prepare detailed sales forecast for the region on an annual basis and submit it to the reporting manager.
**2. Marketing Knowledge & Support**:
- Conduct regular market visits along with the salesman to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safe guard the customer base and increase in market share.
- To ensure marketing tools are provided to the distributor of the region to increase the brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.
- Considering the seasonal and regional factors plan and execute promotional activities for the region. Promotional activities are needs to get prior approval from the reporting authority.
- Collaborate with media department for advertising requirements.
- Update the manager on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of the campaigns.
**3. High Performance Team**:
- Coordinate with distributor efficiently and implement initiatives so as to motivate and lead a High-Performance Team.
- Prepare and execute route plan for salesman and monitor it.
- Check individual performances of the Sales Team and motivate them, conduct individual and team meetings on a timely manner.
- Conduct training session for the team to improve selling skills and enhance their capabilities and sales performance.
- Plan incentive schemes to the individual salesman in the region according to their performance with approval from the Manager.
**4 Product Knowledge**:
- To have an overall knowledge about the available products and its presence in the region.
- Make awareness about new and existing product line to the distributor in the region and plan the marketing of such products.
- Make sure that the product design and packaging are in accordance with the regulations in the region. If any changes coordinate with the reporting authority.
**5 Sales Systems**:
- Prepare and submit detailed budget plan for the existing market.
- Coordinate with the distribution agency for all relevant reports to analyze the performance of the brand in the region and then take necessary actions to further boost the market share.
**6 Receivables**:
- Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections and receivables.
**7 Innovation & Market research**:
- Update the new innovations/trends in the market with the superiors and to research on the trends and implement them if necessary.
- Focus on new product development suggestions according to market trends and requirements.
**8 Stock Updation**:
- Update the stock level and submit stock report of the region on a weekly basis.
- Conduct weekly meetings with reporting authority in person or via video conferencing regarding the same.
**9 Reporting**:
Needs to submit the following reports to the manager
- Sales report
- Market visit plan for the country and follow up reports of each visit.
- Stock report.
- Promotional activities plan.
- Report on the results of the campaign.
**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
