We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our

team.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Manage end-to-end client communication, from initial request to project completion, ensuring project success.

Source suitable service providers, generate quotations, and handle invoicing coordination with the accountant.

Coordinate all activities between clients and service providers to ensure quality and value delivery.

Ensure project completion by overseeing activities and maintaining a focus on quality and client

satisfaction.

**Team Leadership & Supervision**:
Supervise and lead business process outsourcing teams, ensuring efficient communication and

conflict resolution.

Oversee team performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client requests.

**Sales & Business Development**:
Drive sales growth & business development strategies, achieving target revenue.

Coordinate sales activities, including market research, lead generation, and proposal development, to support overall business objectives.

**Partnership Management**:
Manage company partnerships, coordinating all related activities, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and reporting.

**Qualifications and skills**

Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.

Proven experience in client relationship management, team leadership, and sales.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic language.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
