**1. Job Description Development**: Collaborating with hiring managers to create accurate and appealing job descriptions that clearly outline job responsibilities, qualifications, and other requirements for the role.
**7. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support**: Assisting in the negotiation of job offers, coordinating final steps in the recruitment process, and providing support during the onboarding process for new hires.
**8. Data Tracking and Reporting**: Maintaining recruitment databases, tracking key metrics, and generating reports to analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred
**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
