About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Manager, Advisory to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and client development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Client Strategies: Build strong and long-term relations with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues.
- Promote Client Engagement: Shape client's agenda through understanding key pains and proposing discussion points with TAM leadership.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Take full ownership of multiple projects concurrently, structuring the full scope of the project and defining the project's specific approach, framework, and methodologies.
- Lead Team Members: Manage and develop team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching.
- Client Service Commitment: High level of commitment to client service and facilitation skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams composed of colleagues and client members.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Leadership Skills: Team leadership skills.
