Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Analyse the media landscape in Saudi Arabia to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, advertisers, and content creators.
- **Business Strategy**: Create and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- **Client Proposals**: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients, showcasing our media services and solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyse sales performance metrics to adjust strategies and optimize results.
- **Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to close deals and secure contracts.
**Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress and market insights
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the media sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape, including digital, broadcast, and print channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
