We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Riyadh. The BDM will play a crucial role in enhancing relationships with customers and vendors, managing opportunities on Etimad, overseeing vendor portals, and driving growth through technical and regulatory support. This individual will conduct technical evaluations, pursue official certifications and licenses, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen our market position and compliance. **A strong background in the IT and cybersecurity industry is essential** for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Address customer needs and provide solutions aligned with our service offerings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalation of issues.

2. **Vendor Relationship Management**
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and explore new opportunities for partnerships.
- Collaborate with vendors on joint growth and service improvements.

3. **Etimad Opportunity Management**
- Manage and monitor Etimad opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate proposal submissions.
- Track Etimad activities and provide insights on successful strategies and areas for improvement.

4. **Vendor Portal Management**
- Oversee vendor portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline vendor interactions and ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze portal performance metrics to identify trends and optimize vendor relationships.

5. **Technical Evaluation and Compliance**
- Conduct technical evaluations of products and services, assessing compatibility with business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess and recommend solutions for customers.
- Manage the process of obtaining official certifications and licenses to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure company compliance.

6. **Market and Business Development**
- Research market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic initiatives that support growth.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, technical evaluation, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing customer and vendor relationships and working with regulatory bodies.
- Knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity industry is a must.
- Familiarity with Etimad and experience managing government and corporate opportunities.
- Strong understanding of technical evaluation processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and vendor management portals.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
