**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end CRM implementation, ensuring smooth integration across key departments like Sales and Credit.
- Analyze our current processes, provide recommendations, and implement the best CRM solutions to support our growth.
- Set up and manage the CRM pipelines (Sales, Credit, etc.), ensuring they align with business needs.
- Monitor, manage, and extract key reports to provide valuable insights for the team
- Continuously optimize CRM usage to improve business outcomes and ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in implementing CRM systems, preferably within a dynamic or growing company.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and how they impact business functions like Sales and Credit.
- Ability to monitor and extract meaningful reports, offering actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.
- A passion for process improvement and a strategic mindset for aligning technology with business goals.
- Arabic speaking is a must
