FlyAkeed is looking for a skilled and certified **CRM Specialist **with expertise in HubSpot to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, optimizing customer data, and enhancing our overall customer relationship management processes. Your expertise in HubSpot will be invaluable in ensuring that our marketing and sales teams have the tools and insights necessary to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring accurate data entry and data hygiene.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead management processes.
- Provide training and support for team members on CRM best practices and HubSpot features.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and CRM trends to continually enhance our systems and processes.
**Requirements**:
- HubSpot Certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes and strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM-related tools.
