- Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Service Bus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective middleware solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to middleware infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization to improve the overall system responsiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

**What you Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Middleware Developer or similar role, with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
- Strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic Server administration, including configuration, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in developing Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus components for integration purposes.
- Hands-on experience in working with Oracle databases and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of web services standards such as SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex DB issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
