**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Developer with a strong background in banking. As an Oracle Developer, you will play a crucial role in customizing and enhancing ERP, HCM, and OIC solutions to align with the unique requirements of our clients in the banking industry. This role demands deep technical expertise, a keen understanding of banking processes, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle ERP, HCM, and OIC frameworks.
- Utilize your expertise in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, Oracle BI, and Oracle Cloud, to architect scalable and efficient solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to best practices.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in Oracle development and banking technology landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Developer, preferably in the banking sector, with a strong focus on ERP, HCM, or OIC.
- Deep technical knowledge of Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, Oracle BI, and Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with banking processes, regulations, and compliance standards is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect robust solutions to complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
