As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations. Your role will involve monitoring customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Oversee customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for increased satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric initiatives and programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in customer experience.
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Oversee overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing customer experience or customer service teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
