About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team at Unifonic Inc. As a key member of our Client Success group, you will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong ties with C-suite and executive-level customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop customized Client Success Plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Unifonic's products and solutions to provide expert guidance on feature adoption and customer needs.
- Foster long-term success by engaging customers, driving early and sustained adoption of Unifonic solutions, and minimizing churn.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS or consumption-based technology companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and ability to support complex enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of establishing trust with customer stakeholders and driving meaningful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems clearly to diverse audiences.
