About This Opportunity:


As a Customer Experience Manager at Alrajhiinvestments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your responsibilities will include providing technical on-site support, assisting at sales demos, and giving product training to partners and end-users.


Your Key Tasks:



  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Barco hardware and software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular analysis visits to gather insights and feedback from customers and partners
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve business processes

What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical customer environment, preferably in the visualization/entertainment industry
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
