We have a current opportunity for a Destination Market Manager within the tourism sector for an incredible giga project based in Saudi Arabia.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Manage senior global professionals responsible for oversight of marketing, media and travel trade across specific geographies and regularly evaluate team performance and hold accountable for delivery in ways that are aligned with the destination strategy.
- Lead the development of the marketing vision, strategies, objectives and action plans that enable the successful realization of the visitor and tourism strategy targeting international visitors.
- Lead and oversee, and evaluate the marketing research to develop relevant segmentation to be addressed through specific marketing plans, its implementation to build a strong destination awareness for the destination and achieve a high-level attractiveness for each visitor segment of the assigned region.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns in the assigned hemisphere paying attention to specific regional interests.

Other requirements include:

- Previous experience leading and directing senior team members responsible for global marketing, media and travel trade
- Previous experience in trade show management including project management, promotion of events, event coordination, sales, account management, budgeting
- Written and oral proficiency of English language (Essential)
- Good communication skills
- BA Hons Degree, Masters or MBA
