IT Help Desk Officer

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide First Level contact and convey resolution of customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved quire to next level support
- Solving technical problems
- Continuous provisioning operations of IM services in KSA in line with companies’ standards, policies & processes
- Implementing of local business requirements
- Support management and monitoring of local IT inventory we as of SLA’s OLA’s fulfillment
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree and certification
- Experience in Computer Networks
- Knowledge in Server infrastructure
- Good Command on English language and can understand Arabic Language
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
