**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare letters, reports, memoranda, tables, financial data, meeting minutes, forms, and similar material based on dictation, rough draft, and plain or corrected copy; review materials for accuracy and formatting; initiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), Track project expenses and update Project Tracker/Dept. tools.
- Create & submit progress reports with the support of the assigned Project Manager in issuing Plans, Sales Orders, Update Delivery dates, and Cost expense.
- Keep the hard copy in good order including the contract, Purchase Order, and correspondence.
- Maintain contact lists (project, vendor, and client), correspondence logs, and action logs.
- Write, proofread, and prepare correspondence and the assigned tasks per Project Manager the Project team requests. Schedule meetings and take minutes.
- Prepares documents such as contracts, reports, correspondence, and memos.
- Schedules appointments, meetings.
- Other ad-hoc projects, proposals, and business unit tasks as necessary.
- Assist the project in the organization and logístical preparation of workshops, seminars, visiting missions, and field trips.
- Inputting data and maintaining various computerized databases for correspondence, statistics, calendars, mail & department Spreadsheets.
- Manage external vendors and resources, nurture client relationships, and ensure that best practices are upheld.
- Assist staff members with the coordination of schedules, appointments, daily operational tasks, and travel arrangements.
- Establish and maintain a record-keeping system for files, contacts, and employee directories.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Information Technology, Finance Analyst, Business Administration, Degree in relevant field and 0-5 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Power BI, Data Analysis, Creating Dashboards.
- Work on Visual Basics.
- Understanding of documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally.
- Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and JIT, Continuous Improvement processes are a plus.
