ABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity. With ABB AbilityTM enabled digital solutions at its core, our extensive portfolio includes distribution automation products, switching, limiting, measuring and sensing devices, switchgear, modular substation packages, and related services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support - Performs complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.
- Documentation - Researches, compiles and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
- Communication - Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
- Processes - Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- executives and/or management team members.
- Supervision - Coaches, and may have solid line manager responsibility for more junior administration staff.
- Events - Arranges business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
- Financial Support - Provides financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc.

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Management or Business Administration
- Fresh graduate or 0 - 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic is required
