Job Overview

TASC Outsourcing is a leading provider of recruitment solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah, KSA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence with accuracy.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization, adhering to high standards of professionalism.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, utilizing strong organizational skills.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management, applying attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless execution of multiple tasks.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting positively on TASC Outsourcing.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
