- Good Knowledge in Database designs; SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Docker & Container orchestration platforms.
- DevOps stack: Hands on CI/CD automation.
- Proven experience in Cloud including cloud implementations and design architecture.
- Know-how of cluster management areas, such as adding/bootstrapping/removing nodes, consistency tuning, replication, and multi-DC configuration.
- Familiarity with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) process and ISO 22301 framework
- Experience with mgmt./build/troubleshooting of virtualization/OS technologies, specifically VMware and Windows.
- Experience with OS/HW level monitoring and performance management.
- Experience with different compute and hyper-converged infrastructure platforms.
- Working knowledge on networking protocols, routing, network topology.
- Familiar with Block/File/Object storage technologies.
- Familiarity with backup technologies, recovery scenarios, high availability designs and solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Review solution architecture in terms of technology/framework selection and components relationships.
- Gather, analyze, and understand the project business and technical requirements.
- Lead feasibility study, Gap analysis, solution architecture decisions, and designing the solution.
- Maintain APIs Catalog and the Traceability matrix between user stores, Integration APIs, and back-end interface specifications.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance and support to project members.
- Review existing disaster recovery, crisis management, or business continuity plans.
- Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable and achievable recovery time and point objectives RTO/RPO.
- Define infrastructure prerequisites and requirement for successful DR failover / failback as network, security, DNS, load-balancing requirement....etc.
- Test documented disaster recovery strategies and plans.
- Write reports to summarize testing activities, including descriptions of goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Create or administer training and awareness presentations or materials.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
