**Responsibilities**:

- **Indoor After Market Sales - Spare Parts for Machines**:

- Proactively engage in the sales of spare parts for machines, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication, feedback sessions, and addressing their needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Collaborate with technical support and service teams to resolve customer problems and deliver exceptional service.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and nurturing leads.
- Implement effective sales tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Reporting and Presentation**:

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
