We are seeking a lively, dynamic Intensive Needs Support Assistant to join the satellite school BISR Tabuk which is located in the North West of Saudi Arabia close to the Red Sea coastline. Staff work term dates and staff days are fixed and published on the school calendar in advance.

We are seeking a lively, dynamic Intensive Needs Support Assistant to join the satellite school BISR Tabuk which is located in the North West of Saudi Arabia close to the Red Sea coastline. We are specifically looking for an individual who is willing to contribute to our three strategic pillars of learning, enrichment and well-being.

The Intensive Needs Support Assistant will work with individual student(s) who have complex learning and medical/physical needs. This is a full time position and involves supporting one or more students.

- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
- Demonstrate previous experience working with children in either a medical or learning environment.
- Hold qualifications relating to the education and/or care of children and young people.
- Be proactive in their approach providing learning and medical support to primary and/or senior students in mainstream classes and on a 1:1 basis.
- Show confidence in working with young children in and outside a classroom.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
- Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.
- Have KSA residency

**Teachers who work at BISR should have**:
**Qualifications**
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Certificate of Education - PGCE or B.Ed.
- Training or qualification relevant to the post.
