About the Role:
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office at Katch International. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting various teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling office processes, vendor relationships, and employee requests.
Key Tasks:
- Office Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and procure necessary equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for maintenance and office-related needs.
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures, updating them as necessary.
- Manage office security, access controls, and safety protocols.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and leave requests.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Address employee inquiries related to office facilities, resources, and administrative matters.
- Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Support finance and HR teams in payroll coordination and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of company policies, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth internal operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and deliveries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, taking minutes when required.
