**Summary**:
The Healthcare Call Center Agent is a vital point of contact for patients within a healthcare organization. This role provides excellent customer service by assisting patients with various inquiries and tasks related to their healthcare needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer high volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds, addressing their needs with empathy and respect.
- Schedule appointments, including gathering necessary information and ensuring accuracy.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Route complex inquiries or concerns to appropriate healthcare personnel.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to access and update patient information
- Document calls and interactions with patients accurately and concisely.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor, promoting patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare terminology, policies, and procedures.

Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼6,900.00 per month
