**ملخص الوظيفة**:
نحن نبحث عن مسوق هاتفي للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين عبر الهاتف وتسويق منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا. ستعمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتحت ضغط الوقت لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. يتطلب الدور مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على إقناع العملاء وبناء علاقات موثوقة.

**مهام الوظيفة**:
1. الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين (شركات الى شركات) عبر الهاتف وتقديم منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا بشكل واضح ومقنع.

2. تحليل احتياجات العملاء وتوفير معلومات شاملة ومفصلة حول المنتجات أو الخدمات التي نقدمها.

3. إقناع العملاء بمزايا المنتجات أو الخدمات وتحويل الاهتمام إلى مبيعات فعلية.

4. تسجيل بيانات العملاء ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمكالمات والمبيعات.

5. إدارة الشكاوى أو المخاوف ونقلها إلى الجهات المعنية للتعامل معها بشكل فعال.

6. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية وتزويد الإدارة بتقارير وتحليلات منتظمة.

**المهارات المطلوبة**:
1. مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من العملاء.

2. قدرة على الاقناع وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد وموثوقة مع العملاء.

3. معرفة جيدة بمنتجات الشركة وخدماتها والقدرة على توصيل المعلومات بشكل واضح وموجز.

4. قدرة على العمل تحت ضغط الوقت وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.

5. مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بشكل فعال.

6. الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية وقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية والحساسة بسرية تامة.

7. معرفة أساسية بأدوات تسجيل البيانات وأنظمة إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء (CRM).
