JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and profitability of our civil engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our programs, including contract management, negotiation, and financial analysis. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with established timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all commercial aspects of civil engineering programs, including contract management, negotiation, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to address any commercial issues or concerns.
- Review and analyze commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Manage the procurement process and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project financials, including costs, revenue, and profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the civil engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop effective strategies.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
