We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our Budget setting activities, including Budget development, forecasting, financial analysis, and provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business initiatives and long-term planning.

**As a Financial Planing and Analysis Lead, your daily workload might include**:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to set realistic financial targets.
- Prepare detailed budget documentation and facilitate budget presentations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to predict future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
- Regularly update forecasts to reflect changes in business operations or economic conditions.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budgeted and forecasted figures, identifying trends and anomalies.
- Conduct profitability analysis on products, services, and business segments to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial performance and metrics using different BI tools.
- Support long-term strategic planning efforts by providing financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Provide financial analysis and support for special projects and initiatives as requested by senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related field, CMA certificates is a Must.
- 4- 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in preparing internal reports related to SAAS and VC's backed Companies (Financial statements sector and company level, SAAS financial metrics, etc.).
- Experience in Solutions, technology, and start-ups is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools, drivetrain)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in conducting and presenting research results.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
- CFA and FMVA is preferable.
