We are looking for a Business Development Manager (IT/OT) for one of our clients in Power Sector based in Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Business Development Manager IT/OT will be an integral part of the Digital transformation team based in Saudi Arabia and responsible for the IT enterprise business development and revenue growth. The incumbent should be technocrat and possess the IT sales experience selling to Energy and Oil & Gas domain. OT industry experience and selling of services with at enterprise level will be a distinct advantage. He /she will be responsible for owning outcomes and supporting Digital Enterprise Business in a high-growth environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong consultative ability in delivering IT sales revenue and identifying leads and with a _hunter’s profile _for positioning our _IT/OT & Dx services portfolio_. Driving enterprise BD process from inception, qualification to closure.
- Good communication and written skills and capable of _working at the CxO’s level_ besides interfacing with the Presales and solutioning team for the creating the Win theme.
- Understanding of the sales pursuit process and opportunity qualification and Project life cycle. _Planning and pipeline building_ will be a key KPI besides holding existing client relationships in O&G.
- Work on RFP’s and _qualify sales opportunities_ with the _internal presales and governance team_ to lead and generate revenue and sales pipeline. Consumption based sales target a distinct advantage in the GCC region.
- Regularly updates CRM with pertinent deal information and pursue and cultivates leads to generate new opportunities.
- Lead and assume the leadership role with regular regularly assessment of the assigned territory and effectively develop and manage a strategy to maximize selling results.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the customers’ needs, directs the customer relationship with C-level, proposal, pricing and negotiating the deal to completion.
- Developing and executing sales pipeline and building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers. Establishing and achieving new business revenue targets.
- Ownership with full responsibility of the assigned P&L and revenue acceleration.

**Qualification and Experience**
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & preferably with MBA
- 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of strong and relevant enterprise sales selling experience in ERP / Digital and OT/IT services experience.
- OT industry experience in Data Management / Analytics / Cloud/ SaaS/B2B software.
- Ability to deliver clear, accurate and concise written and oral communications and with excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and management of sales pursuits with experience in enterprise in Middle East and specifically in Saudi Arabia Oil and Gas cluster.
- Any experience in Mining, Minerals, Food & Beverages or Pharma is a plus.
- Established connections with the key stake holders in the industry and techno-commercial skills and experience is a prerequisite.
- Experience selling into large enterprise accounts and managing sales pipeline and revenue exceeding quota YoY for large enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in early-stage start-up or fast-paced environments preferred and with a strong virtual presence and presentation skills with knowledge of the tools and techniques.

**Other Competencies / Skills / Others**
- Strong communication skills, a team player with strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas upstream Domain and GCC experience is mandatory.
- Strong Knowledge on IIOT concepts and digital transformation.
- Knowledge on Latest’s market trend
