**As Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute the highest-quality marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring all marketing plans align with Cabrio's goals, mission, and vision. Additional responsibilities include in-depth market research, running A/B tests, brainstorming different pricing strategies, and fine-tuning ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.**
**What you will be responsible for**:
- **HR Strategy & Planning**:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Cabrio's overall business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- **Talent Acquisition & Management**:Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- **Employee Relations**:Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, handling conflicts, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- **Performance Management**:Oversee the development and execution of performance evaluation processes to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- **Employee Onboarding**:Design and implement an engaging and effective onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles and the Cabrio culture.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:Manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- **Learning & Development**:Identify training needs, organize and facilitate workshops, and support continuous employee development.
- **HR Operations & Compliance**:Manage HR processes, including employee records, contracts, and payroll, while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- **Policy Development**:Create and update company policies to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- **Employee Engagement**:Develop initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive company culture, boost employee morale, and improve retention rates.
- **HR Data & Analytics**:Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as employee turnover and satisfaction, to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**What you need to be successful**
- +3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proven track record in handling HR operations, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR management tools and software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
**Nice-to-have skills**:
- Experience in a luxury, transportation, or technology startup environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll software.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, etc.).
- Experience leading HR initiatives in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
