- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for (2-5) year(s)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Networking aptitude
- Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
- Strong negotiation skills
- Target business oriented.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is must.
- Skills to understand technology and software
- Attend Local networking events, Local community events and hearings to generate leads
- Local Market Research to develop warm leads
- Identify prospects that fit the target demographic
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Up sell additional products as need arises
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Head office
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
- Hunting the market.
- Exploring Small and medium businesses of the region

**Competencies**:

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Min of 2-5 years of experience in sales B2B, B2C,
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager
