Business Administrator

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Business Administrator (Saudi National) **to join our team In this role you will perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasks specific to assigned project or work group.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- May be responsible for obtaining data necessary for completion of the group’s overhead budget and associated recurring reports.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
- Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements.
- Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Diploma/ Degree in business administration or a relevant field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
- Organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
- A collegiate, team-player attitude.
