**Description**:
Based in Riyadh, the PSE will be covering KSA area; and will be assisted by the Project Business & Specification Manager - Middle East Area, and the KSA full team in order to accomplish his mission. The BD will deploy and manage the company’s specification full model, processes and activities among different specs target groups, in order to secure and develop the company’s business in construction projects.
Your MAIN ACTIVITIES will be to:

- Mapping all projects under design and under construction in the region.
- Processing and managing project portfolio in the Company Contact Business Software.
- Reviewing/Determining the Façade Concept i.e. architectural specs.
- Reviewing /Determining Motors & Controls Specifications.
- Tendering & Post-Contract.
- Develops business development strategies, and creates annual business
development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and
revenue.
- Identifies new market segments and recognizes opportunities for business
development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, gains agreement for
investment, resources and actions required for these developments.
- Prioritizes market segment development activities and sets revenue targets.
- Monitors all market development activities to ensure that they are in line with
company’s business aims.
- Authorizes any promotions associated with market development activity.
- Measures performance against agreed objectives and undertakes remedial action
where appropriate.
- Sets and measures overall performance standards for market segments and
provides leadership to ensure targets are met.
- Works with other business developers to optimize market segment opportunities.
- May manage and maintain client relations while realizing renewals
**Required Experience**:
- BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree with specialization in
- Automation / Controls if possible. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-Years experience in specification & marketing/sales of electrical
- Controls products related to construction is a major plus.
- Deep Knowledge of the COMPANY Products is a PLUS.
- Capacity to do market analysis and mapping, to identify business opportunities and
build business cases/plans accordingly
- Fluent in English both written and oral, French would be an asset
- Independent and autonomous
- Capacity to accompany the growth of the subsidiary
- Age between 25 and 30 years old.
- Motivated, organized, & reflect a positive professional attitude.
