This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of Q1 2024. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Graduate Trainee (HIS HIM/Coding Clinical Specialty) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:- Participating in project implementation conducting data collection and design sessions with customers and performing workflow and end user testing prior to customer hand over. Works with technical team to suggest improvements and/or modifications.-
- Training customers on product functionality-
- Delivering and developing educational programs for classifications and clinical documentation improvement for coders and clinicians-
- Participating in consulting projects including management of coding services; documentation improvement; coding quality audits, etc.-
- Providing first line clinical content/nosology support for customers-
- Supporting product lifecycle via testing of new product releasesYour Skills and Expertise- Associate Degree or Higher Diploma from accredited university or other post-secondary educational institution like:
- King Abdullah university-
- King Saud university-
- Saudi Electronic university or Batterjee medical college-
- Professional Clinical Coding training (HIMAA, AHIMA, SCFHS, SHC,...)- Good broad-based clinical knowledge and understanding of pathology/physiology of disease processes-
- Fluency in written and spoken English- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers comfortably- Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Certification in Health Information Management with one of the following: RHIA, RHIT, CHIM or equivalent- Certification in at least one of the following: CCC, CCS, CPC, or equivalent- Experience with 3MTMCodefinderTM and 3M Health Data Management TM (HDM) software- Experience with EMR/HIS systems such as Cerner, Epic, Meditech

Location: Covering the Saudi Arabian market

Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic are required.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
