Operation Coordinator

Salla is looking for an Operation Coordinator to join our team. As an Operation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.
You will be responsible for coordinating and executing operational tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring that all operational processes are efficient and effective.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and execute operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Assist with the creation and implementation of operational processes and procedures
- Monitor and track operational metrics and key performance indicators
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Support the implementation of new systems or tools
- Assist with documentation and training materials for operational processes
- Handle administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools or software is a plus
- Knowledge of operational processes and best practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
