**The Role**
As a Compensation Survey Consultant you will work as key resource in a team conducting a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and related projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups and will be expected to take on a larger project manager role within the team.
- Provide survey and compensation consulting support to the clients
- Proactively assist the growth and profitability of the unit by being responsible for:

- client relationships, managing and providing support to an expanding group of participants and prospects
- supporting the delivery of compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys
- Learn and develop technical and consulting skills (e.g. selling and project management skills)
- Ensure that survey project files are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes and build knowledge of wider services
- Assisting survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews
- Conducting and supporting client presentations & forums
- Account managing survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements
- Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals

Performance objectives are:

- Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service.
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment
- Experience in data management or experience through survey or compensation consulting and be numerate with good data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Good working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, along with databases or statistical software
- Good organisational skills; proactive in planning and organising work efficiently, handling multi projects and priorities
- To be self-sufficient and manage own workload, asking for support as required and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable communicating with senior managers

**The Requirements**
- Experience in data management or experience through survey or compensation consulting and be numerate with good data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- Good organisational skills; planning and organising work efficiently, handling multi projects and priorities
- To be self-sufficient and manage own workload, asking for support as required and a good team player.
- Ability to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals and strong attention to detail
- Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service.
- A good understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment
- Excellent communication skills in English - comfortable communicating with senior managers, Arabic will be a plus
- Will have a good working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possibly have some experience working with databases or statistical software
