The Role
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - SaaS Solutions: Promote GulfTalent's recruitment software, including recruitment analytics. - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the recruitment or technology industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and solutions, with the ability to articulate their value effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. - Solid experience in online B2B sales, cold calling, business development, or consulting experience in the recruitment or HR industry. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required. - Willingness to travel within the region as necessary to meet client needs and attend industry events.
