**Human Resources duties**:
2. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; maintaining records

3. Prepares documentation for new hires, or changes in pay, status or benefits.

4. Manages sensitive and confidential matters including employee relations, organization changes, and protects the security of information, data and files.

5. Maintains and monitors records of employee benefits and salary.

6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Office management duties**:
1. Oversees and manages the smooth running of the office (equipment, supplies, cleaning, security etc) including negotiations with suppliers

2. Maintain documentation on insurance, including office equipment and property

3. Manages office filing system and inventory

4. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office policies and procedures

5. Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

6. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers etc

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as an HR & Office Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
