**Summary of the job**:
The main task of a **B **usiness Development Manager TECA **is to deliver sales and financial objectives for KSA, main focus in Craniomaxillofacial portfolio, responsible for leading sales, marketing and promotion activities, following business policies and guidelines.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Sales/Specialty Management**
- Owns the sales target for the assigned region and business unit.
- Manages daily sales activities of dedicated TMs and STMs.
- Ensures technology penetration
- Works with Sales Reps to define potential of accounts and territories, using a territory planning approach such as Integrated Selling Process and effectively utilizes One force CRM tool.

**People Management**:

- Uses 5 Conversations approach, and additional frequent conversations to develop direct reports constantly.
- Selects new reps and creates a winning team that can accelerate growth of the business.
- Helps reps to create their projects for growth and maintenance for the year.
- Utilizes all parts of the of First-Line Sales Management to manage his team, develop his talent and develop his business.
- Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of the sales team.
- Drives diversity mindset within the team Stakeholder Management
- Implements selling strategies, sales processes and pricing models as directed by marketing team.
- Communicates and tracks short
- and long-range sales and marketing plans with Business Manager.
- Maintains close partnering relationships with KOL
- Aligned all actions & behaviors to be in line with J&J CREDO

**Qualifications**:
**Main performance measures (Performance Goals)**

**Experience Required**:

- Education: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background (Dental) is preferred
- Experience; 5 Years working Experience in medical devices.
- Advantages: Maxillofacial, Dental or Neuro experience with successfully career achievements is prefered.
- Language: Arabic and English
- Location: Riyadh
- Relocation availability: Immediate
