Key Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

">
  1. Developing account profiles and executing sales plans to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Utilizing BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management and account planning to achieve sales targets.
  3. Providing timely and accurate monthly forecasts and summaries to senior management.
  4. Participating in analysis and reports on field service performance to drive business improvements.
  5. Preparing sales quotations and proposals to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  6. Working closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and BU account managers to maximize business opportunities.
  7. Educating customers on SE products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Mentoring, coaching, and guiding other sales employees to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with experience in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
