Job Description: Event Technical and 3D Designer with Architectural Background

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Event Design and Conceptualization:

- Collaborate with event planners, and stakeholders to understand their vision, objectives, and technical requirements for the event.
- Develop innovative and visually appealing event design concepts that align with the client's brand and event goals.
- Create detailed event layouts, floor plans, and renderings using 3D design software, showcasing different perspectives and angles.
- Technical Planning and Implementation:

- Conduct thorough technical assessments of event venues to determine the feasibility of design concepts and ensure compliance with safety and technical regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop technical plans, including lighting, audiovisual, rigging, and staging requirements.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary technical equipment and materials.
- 3D Visualization and Presentation:

- Utilize 3D design software to create realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and virtual presentations that effectively communicate the event design to clients and stakeholders.
- Incorporate lighting effects, textures, colors, and other design elements to enhance the visual impact of the designs.
- Present design concepts and visualizations to clients, explaining the technical aspects and highlighting the experiential elements of the proposed design.
- Material Selection and Procurement:

- Research and source innovative materials, technologies, and props that can enhance the event design and create immersive experiences.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to select and procure materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, production crews, graphic designers, and fabricators, to ensure seamless execution of the event design.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the production team during the setup, installation, and dismantling phases of the event.
- Documentation and Project Management:

- Maintain detailed records of event designs, technical specifications, and material selections.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of design deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to address any design modifications or changes required throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in event design, architectural design, or related roles.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of event production, lighting, audiovisual systems, and staging.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: Up to ﷼12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- KSA: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English or Arabic (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Riyadh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Riyadh: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
