What you’ll do.

As a Collaboration Sales Engineer Leader (Collab SE Leader), your primary responsibility is to be the technical leader for the Technical Architects in Middle East and Africa. You’ll have expertise around Cisco’s entire Collaboration Portfolio with an emphasis on the Webex SaaS solutions. You will ensure day-to-day operations of the technical team and liaise with the Collaboration Operations Director and other stakeholders in driving activities with impact. You will also lead regional engagements with customers and partners and explain how Cisco Collaboration technical solutions can be applied to solve business problems and speak the languages of business and technical decision makers alike. You will also grow and evolve the team members and manage the team members for impact, as a team, not just as a group of individuals that happen to report to the same person.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run day-to-day operations of the technical team and coordinate with the Collaboration operations Director and other stakeholders in driving activities across the region
- Provide clear measures of success for the technical team, beyond short term booking achievements
- Position the Cisco Collaboration SaaS solutions and market leadership in various engagements, events and activities
- Oversee the technical team to ensure they can deliver demonstrations and technical proof of concepts for customers to show the value of the Cisco Collaboration portfolio
- Work with cross-functional team leaders on go-to-market strategies and initiatives
- Coordinate with partner technical sales teams to drive enablement, adoption and update of Cisco Collaboration technology in their solution offering
- Travel will be a requirement for this position : escorting customers into EBC (Executive Briefing Center) sessions, attending conferences, meeting customers in person, traveling to Collab Business Unit locations globally

Who you’ll work with

In this role, you will partner very closely with the Collaboration Sales Director for the region. You will work with other Cisco Specialist Engineers across area such as Security and Enterprise networking to deliver a Cisco solution for our customers. You will also engage directly with Cisco customers and partners to deliver innovations and enable an integrated work experience using Cisco collaboration solutions.

Who you are

You are a skilled leader who understands Collab Cloud Technology in all its aspects. You have a deep passion for Sales Engineering and how to bring out the best in your team. You speak English and Arabic fluently and are preferably located in Dubai or Riyadh (but open to explore any location in MEA). There will be frequent customer interactions in Saudi Arabia. Relocation budget is not foreseen.
