Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales of complex business software/IT solutions and will be able to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales revenue forecasting procedures and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in business application software sale.
  • Experience leading/managing in a team selling environment.
