**MAIN PURPOSE**
In the context of a new subsidiary, the role will initially be strongly orated on the recruitment and implementation of key HR processes and policies. After this initial period, The HR Business Partner will provide professional HR guidance in order to support the implementation and growth of the subsidiary.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure recruitment quality and capabilities across the organization
- Ensure recruitment processes are adhered to and correct guidelines are being implemented
- Ensure proper / quality staffing in a timely manner but as well ensuring the growth of our talent pipeline.
- Insure all recruitment and onboarding KPIs are implemented and achieved.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external Recruitment agency, universities, and as well as building an internal database.
- Provide support for people development within area of responsibility
- Assist the brands in annual training need analysis.
- Work closely with HR Manager and brand Learning and Development Manager on employee trainings, personal development plans, and employee activities.
- Support talent management processes and ensure we retain and develop talents, showing a positive growth of our talent pipeline
- Assist Brands & Richemont to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards.

**Act as an HR Business Partner**
- Establish trustful relationships enabling to coach, counsel and guide employees within area of responsibility.
- Full implementation of group HR policies and processes to insure continuous uninterrupted business.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage and support specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.

**Educational Background**
- Level of education and professional qualifications and/or specific occupational training required.
- Bachelor degree in BA, HR, or equivalent

**Technical/Work-based Skills or specific knowledge (Must Have)**
- This relates to the skills specific to the job, e.g. language fluency, etc
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, Saudi national as per Saudi labor law, Previous experience as HR generalist, Proficient in Microsoft tools, Experience in SAP HR is a plus

**Experience**
- This could include a minimum period of experience or specific(ensure period stated is appropriate and not unnecessarily excessive)
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR
- Solid understanding of retail business requirements
- Strong knowledge in competency based recruiting
- Understanding of OD methods and processes is a plus

- Ability to work under high pressure
- Strong problem solving skills
