**القيادة الفريقية**:توظيف وتدريب وإدارة فريق مبيعات عالي الأداء. تحديد توقعات الأداء بوضوح، وتقديم التوجيه، وإجراء استعراضات دورية للأداء.

**إدارة علاقات العملاء**:بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والشركاء الاستراتيجيين. فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم حلول مخصصة لتعزيز رضا العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم.

**معرفة فنية**:تطوير فهم عميق لمنتجات الشركة التقنية ومتابعة التطورات في الصناعة. تقديم التدريب والدعم لفريق المبيعات لضمان حصولهم على المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لبيع المنتجات.

**التنبؤ بالمبيعات والتقارير**:رصد وتحليل مؤشرات أداء المبيعات لتتبع التقدم نحو الأهداف. إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول نتائج المبيعات والتوقعات واتجاهات السوق.

**التعاون**:العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التسويق وتطوير المنتج ودعم العملاء لضمان تناغم استراتيجيات المبيعات مع أهداف الأعمال العامة. التعاون مع فرق عابرة لضمان إطلاق المنتجات والتحديثات بشكل سلس.

**التفاوض والإغلاق**:قيادة عمليات التفاوض مع العملاء لضمان إبرام صفقات مربحة. مراقبة وإشراف على العمليات الكاملة للمبيعات، من الاتصال الأولي إلى توقيع العقد، لضمان سلاسة العملية.

**المؤهلات**:

- درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ درجة الماجستير هي إضافة جيدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات منتجات التكنولوجيا، مع سجل حافل في تحقيق أو تجاوز الأهداف المبيعات.
- خبرة سابقة في دور الإدارة أو القيادة في المبيعات.
- فهم قوي للصناعة التقنية واتجاهاتها الناشئة.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتحديد الاتجاهات واتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات.
- القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve financial goals. Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

**Team Leadership**:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**Technical Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products and stay updated on industry developments. Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to sell the products.

**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators to track progress towards goals. Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales results, forecasts, and market trends.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and updates.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals. Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in technology product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a sales management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven
