About Us

Saudi Networkers Services (SNS Group) is a leading provider of IT services and solutions in the region. We are seeking an experienced IT Security Governance Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity governance and risk management, including experience in developing and implementing security policies and standards.

The IT Security Governance Director will be responsible for ensuring the security awareness, compliance, and risk assessment functions within the bank. They will also supervise Security Awareness and Security Risk Assessment and Compliance teams.

  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and other requirement statements needed to support information security throughout the bank.
  • Develop and maintain the bank's security risk framework.
  • Conduct security risk assessments on an ongoing basis.
  • Keep track and manage high-risk categories.
  • Evaluate Internet & network security in the bank.
  • Conduct security compliance reviews for all bank environments to identify any security misconfigurations or gaps.
  • Ensure security compliance with the bank's security policies.
  • Ensure security compliance with regulatory requirements like SAMA, Tadawul, and PCI-DSS.
  • Ensure that ongoing information security awareness education and training is provided to all bank employees and customers.
  • Ensure network security, database security, and operating systems security.
  • Initiate and manage special projects related to information security that may be needed to appropriately respond to ad-hoc or unexpected information security events.
  • Participate in the Change Management Committee.
  • Coordinate security penetration testing processes in the bank.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and other requirement statements needed to support information security throughout the bank.
