We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Expert to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a Sales Expert for the MMM Market Segment, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in this key area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Mapping: Identify and map the MMM market to understand key end-users and their needs.
  • C-Level Lobbying: Develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives at key organizations in the MMM segment.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain communication channels with Global Account Managers and Key Account Managers at major engineering, procurement, and construction companies in the MMM segment.
  • Business Flow Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the business flow across various layers and actors between end-users and Schneider Electric, including contractors, system integrators, panel builders, consultants, and service providers.
  • Market Analysis: Assess the market size and identify key areas of growth and business development.
  • Target Setting: Set targets for business growth by application, product, customer, region, solutions, and technology.
  • Business Planning: Develop and drive a detailed business plan to channel Schneider Electric's efforts across all business units on the MMM market segment.
  • Regional Alignment: Ensure that regional sales plans for each business unit are aligned with the country plan for the MMM segment.
  • Training and Development: Propose and ensure training for MMM customers and Schneider Electric's front-end sales team in target areas according to the business plan.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Offer Approvals: Ensure approvals for all Schneider Electric offers with MMM end-users.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and monitor MMM segment achievements qualitatively and quantitatively to ensure alignment between plans and execution.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly reports, sales forecasts, and implement corrective action plans to meet objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering degree holder in electrical, electronics, communication, or related fields.
